Your Body's Chief of Staff
It reads 53 variables against your baseline rather than an average, updates the moment new signals arrive, and scores every forecast it makes in the open.
- 300+ devices and apps
- 15 body systems
- 10 organ ages
Launching on the app stores 21 August 2026. No health data is collected on this website.

It runs while you sleep, and while you do not
A chief of staff does not hand you the inbox. The loop below runs continuously, not once a day: as each reading arrives it is folded into the model, and when something crosses a line you hear about it then, not at the next scheduled summary.
- Senses
- Reads 300 plus devices and apps into one live model of you
- Predicts
- States what is likely next, with the window it expects it in
- Acts
- Surfaces the single move worth making today
- Learns
- Scores itself against what happened, then adjusts
Withings, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura Ring and Whoop connect directly. Apple Watch, Samsung and hundreds more arrive through Apple Health and Health Connect.

You stop logging.It keeps noticing
Most health tools quietly ask you to become a data-entry clerk, and the day you stop typing is the day the insight stops. Photograph a meal, a supplement label or a blood panel and the values are read, cross-checked against what you already take, and filed where they belong.
- One camera
- Food, supplements, medications, groceries and lab panels through the same flow
- Confidence per field
- You see which values it is sure of and which want a tap
- Logged for you
- Taking something already on your schedule records itself, with an undo on every entry
- Asked, never assumed
- Adding a medication or changing a dose still waits for your approval

Your normal is notthe population's
A value inside a published reference range can still be wrong for you, and a value outside it can be your ordinary Tuesday. Scoring you against a distribution you were never in is the reason five apps can look at one body and disagree.
- 53 variables
- Each carrying your estimate, your baseline, its direction and the levers that move it
- 15 clinical systems
- Read as one body rather than fifteen separate apps
- Confidence in words
- Early signal, emerging pattern, strong evidence. Never a number you cannot interpret

Ten systems.Nine already carry an age
Each is read against age-stratified reference data, then composited into one biological age. There is no flattering cap: if a system runs older than you are, it says so.
- The roster
- Cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, renal, hematological, metabolic, hepatic, neural, endocrine and immune. Respiratory is on it and still calibrating
- Aging velocity index
- Whether you are ageing slower or faster than the calendar, against a baseline of one
- One night moves nothing
- A seven-day rolling window keeps a single bad night out of the number
- Earned, not guessed
- A system stays unaged until its inputs exist, and it names the ones missing
It remembers what worked. On you, not on average
Most health advice is a population average wearing your name. This is the ledger of what has actually moved your numbers and by how much, counted across your own observations, alongside the things that turned out to do nothing for you. A null result is a finding here, not a failure.
- Magnesium glycinate
- Deep sleep, +12 min
- Caffeine after 2 PM
- Deep sleep, -21 min
- Zone 2 sessions
- Next-day HRV, +4 ms
- Eating window under 9 hours
- Glucose swing, -18 percent
Illustrative. Your own list is built only from your own observations, and every line carries how many there have been and how confident the read is.

Built around the cycle, not corrected for it
In most tools a luteal week reads as a run of bad days: readiness down, resting heart rate up, deep sleep short. Here the phase is an input rather than an anomaly. The same week is read as expected, and the recommendation moves with it instead of treating your physiology as noise.
- Phase-aware reads
- Readiness, recovery and stress interpreted against where you are in the cycle
- Predicted, not just recorded
- Next period and fertile window from your own last cycles, hedged while the history is short
- Your mode
- Cycling, hormonal contraception, perimenopause, menopause and pregnancy each change what surfaces
The pregnancy mode is deliberately conservative: no dosing or diagnostic guidance, and anything medical goes to your clinician.

Every forecast is scoredin the open
A forecast that is never checked is an opinion with a confident voice. Each one is written down with the window it expects, then adjudicated against what actually happened. The misses stay visible, because a model that hides them cannot be corrected by you.
- Held
- The expected change appeared inside the forecast window
- Still open
- There is not enough history yet to separate a pattern from noise
- Missed
- The expected change did not appear. The model records the miss and updates

Your health is splitacross five apps
The ring app scores your sleep. The watch app scores your activity. The food log knows what you ate. The lab portal holds your bloodwork. None of them can see the others, so each one guesses using averages taken from people who are not you. You pay all of them, and you are still the one left working out the answer. NUVARD is the single layer that reads all of it together.
- One place, not five
- Every source feeds one model of you, so you get one answer instead of five opinions
- Measured against you
- Your own baseline from your own history, never a population range
- Start free
- A free tier with your daily score, and four tiers in total, from $11.99 a month when you want the full read
You keep the devices and apps you already own. NUVARD sits above them and does the reading.
Four screens. They talk to each other
The point is not how many features there are. It is that nothing on any screen is scored against an average, and nothing sits on its own. A change on one surface shows up on the others the same morning, with the reason attached.
- Home
- One score out of 100 and what moved it, this morning's brief in plain English, and the single action worth taking, stamped with how many of your own days it is based on
- Body
- Your biological age beside your real age, ten system ages, body composition, every blood marker in or out of range, and your cycle if you track one
- Intelligence
- Your model stated out loud: how many of your own observations became findings, a ledger of what is working for you and against you, and the engine's own record of calls held and missed
- Coach
- What it did while you slept. Logged the magnesium already on your schedule, caught your HRV dipping at 2 AM, rebuilt the day around it, and parked a change to Thursday's session for you to approve
Every number is read against your baseline rather than a population range, and the four surfaces are wired to each other rather than sitting in four separate tabs.
