What Is NUVARD?
NUVARD is a personal biology operating system. It connects the health data you already generate, from wearables, bloodwork, sleep, activity and nutrition, into one model that learns what is normal for you, tells you what is likely coming, and says the one thing worth doing about it.
It is not a tracker and it is not a dashboard. Tracking is solved. Almost everyone reading this already has more health data than they can use. What is not solved is interpretation, and that is the whole of what NUVARD does.
The problem it exists for
Your data lives in separate apps that never speak to each other. The ring scores your sleep, the watch scores your activity, the panel from six months ago sits in a PDF, and nothing reconciles them. Each app is confident, several disagree, and none of them can see the others.
Worse, almost all of them score you against a population. A reference range describes a group of strangers measured on equipment you do not own. It cannot tell you whether anything about you has changed, because it has no access to your history.
So people end up with a great deal of measurement and very little understanding. That gap is the product.
How it works
It reads from more than 300 devices and apps. Direct integrations with Withings, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura Ring and WHOOP, plus Apple Health and Health Connect for the rest.
It builds one model of you. 53 physiological variables across 15 body systems, each with an estimate, your own baseline, a trend and the levers that move it.
It ages nine body systems separately, rather than averaging them into a single number that hides which one is driving it: cardiovascular, metabolic, renal, hepatic, hematological, immune, endocrine, neural and musculoskeletal. A system stays unaged until the inputs to age it honestly exist.
It briefs you overnight. Under 200 words, generated while you sleep, saying what changed, why the engine thinks it changed, and the one action worth your attention. Compliance is reported without judgement.
It scans what you put in front of it. One camera flow for food, supplements, medications, groceries and blood panels, with a confidence read on each extracted field and anything ambiguous flagged for you to confirm rather than guessed at.
It treats a cycle as an input, not an anomaly. Cycle phase informs the reading, so a luteal week is interpreted as expected rather than flagged as a decline. Modes for cycling, hormonal contraception, perimenopause, menopause, pregnancy and not tracking, with pregnancy mode deliberately conservative.
The part that makes it checkable
Every forecast is scored in the open: Held, Still open, or Missed. The misses stay visible.
That is the most important sentence on this page. A system that compares you only to yourself is easy to make unfalsifiable, and most health software is. Publishing when it was wrong is the check on the rest of it, and it is why the forecasts are worth reading at all.
Confidence is stated in plain language, early signal or emerging pattern or strong evidence. Never a number implying precision the data has not earned.
What it does not do
It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or detect disease. It is wellness and health intelligence. Anything that worries you, and any change that arrives with symptoms, is a question for a clinician.
It does not sell your data or share it for advertising. Consent is per category, the website collects only an email, and it is covered under GDPR, CCPA and KVKK.
It does not tell you that you should. It shows the evidence from your own data alongside the reading, says consider, and acknowledges when the history is too short to be sure.
What it costs
Free forever, no card: the daily NUVARD score, one connected wearable, 7 days of history, basic sleep and activity reads, manual logging.
Plus at 11.99 dollars a month: all ten system ages and the full 53-variable read, predictive signals and alerts, trends and correlations, unlimited history, body composition and blood panel.
Pro at 19.99: the AI Coach with proactive outreach, adaptive protocols and experiments, full body memory, compound effect and forecasts.
Ultra at 39.99: concierge-level coaching, priority compute, early access to new modules.
Annual saves 30 percent. Paid tiers carry a 7-day free trial and cancel anytime. Historical data collected on a lower tier unlocks when you upgrade.
When you can have it
NUVARD is on the app stores on 21 August 2026. Everyone gets the same access on the same day. There is no queue and no cohort ordering.
The waitlist at nuvard.ai is a launch notification list. The people on it hear first on the day and get the download link first. That is the only reason to join before the 21st, and it is the honest one.
