How it works
From signal to a scored forecast
Five chapters, in order: what gets connected, what the system learns about you, the model it builds, the forecast it makes, and how every one of those forecasts gets checked.
Chapter 01
Connect
You stop logging. It keeps noticing. Most health tools quietly ask you to become a data-entry clerk, and the day you stop typing is the day the insight stops. Photograph a meal, a supplement label or a blood panel, and the values are read, cross-checked against what you already take, and filed where they belong.
Chapter 02
Learn
It remembers what worked. On you, not on average. Most health advice is a population average wearing your name. This is the ledger of what has actually moved your numbers and by how much, counted across your own observations, alongside the things that turned out to do nothing for you. A null result is a finding here, not a failure. The examples below are illustrative: your own list is built only from your own observations, and every line carries how many there have been and how confident the read is.
Chapter 03
Model
Your normal is not the population's. A value inside a published reference range can still be wrong for you, and a value outside it can be your ordinary Tuesday. Scoring you against a distribution you were never in is the reason five apps can look at one body and disagree.
Chapter 04
Forecast
It runs while you sleep, and while you do not. A chief of staff does not hand you the inbox. The loop below runs continuously, not once a day: as each reading arrives it is folded into the model, and when something crosses a line you hear about it then, not at the next scheduled summary.
Chapter 05
Act and verify
Every forecast is scored in the open. A forecast that is never checked is an opinion with a confident voice. Each one is written down with the window it expects, then adjudicated against what actually happened. The misses stay visible, because a model that hides them cannot be corrected by you.
